Many people are looking forward to beginning 2022 with optimism and hope. However, they may be forgetting that there is still time left over before they can begin their preparations for 2022. I am sharing a couple of secrets for making the upcoming year: 2022 more joyful and successful. Therefore, to make this New Year the very best, you have to start preparing for it now. Additionally, as someone who is always on the go, you need to get your life in order. And it includes food storage, having all bills paid and addressed, as well as creating a plan that will take me through this year and into the next.

Below I am sharing a couple of secrets for making the upcoming year: 2022 more joyful and successful. ​​However, a lot of people are skeptical about these things, for good reason. Where should I start writing my journal?

❗Describe what happened throughout the day (the good, the bad, and everything in
between).
❗Any interesting or exciting happenings that may have made it into your
journal.
❗Any negative feelings that were happening throughout the day.
❗Finally, if anything exciting happened, describe it.

Secret #2: Eating with Gratitude

“Remind yourself how blessed you are and that there is more than enough to be grateful for.”

Every meal or snack is an opportunity to express our gratitude for the things that are important in our lives. Indeed, it is important to be thankful for what you are about to eat before you do. Additionally, taking a moment and expressing gratitude, makes us appreciate the food more, as well as what it took for it to get on your plate. Hence, expressing gratitude also leads to greater joy in the meal, which allows us to enjoy the food much more and this is one of the great secrets of making the year more joyful and successful.

Secret #3:Connecting with the Earth

It means to feel attunement with or deep respect for the natural world.

Benefits of connecting with nature:

We’re about to start a new year and you know what that means: it’s time to make plans! Everything we have, whether it be money, shelter, food, family, or friends was given to us by God. Hence, we do not have to search far to find such things because they are always present in our lives.
As a reminder of the abundance you have been given, post gratitude lists around your house and look at them daily. Therefore, remind yourself how blessed you are and that there is more than enough to be grateful for. An abundance mindset is the secret of making the year more joyful and successful.
